Some proposals you just feel are going to be magic and Alex’s plan for Jahmaya was one of them.

From the very first message (all the way from Australia!), Alex knew exactly what he wanted. He had the vision, the love story, and a top-secret mission to pull off. And oh my goodness… did he deliver!

Together, we carefully drafted a plan, every little detail mapped out to perfection. Directions to the location, timings, the setup, nothing was left to chance. It was one of those crisp, stunning winter days in Queenstown where the air feels fresh, the mountains are glowing, and everything just feels right.

When the moment came and Jahmaya said yes, the emotions flooded in, happy tears everywhere (ours included!). It was one of those truly beautiful, real moments you don’t forget.

And then there was their little girl….honestly, the star of the show! She looked absolutely adorable in her Ziggy Lou outfit… the kind of cuteness that melts your heart instantly.

After the hugs, photos, and all the excitement, the three of them made their way to Ayrburn to celebrate a little more — a sneaky wine tasting and lunch at The Woolshed (honestly, such a dreamy spot for couples and families alike). And please, if you ever go — order the potatoes. You can thank me later.

This one will forever hold a special place in our hearts — a reminder of how beautiful love looks when it’s thoughtful, planned with intention, and shared with family by your side.
