We’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and complete your booking. You’ll then receive a short questionnaire to help us perfect all the finer details of your day. Once those details have made their way to us, we’ll curate a hamper for you

  • Full payment is required when booking through our online platform.

    If you’d prefer to pay a deposit instead, simply email us and we can arrange this. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due four weeks prior to your picnic.

    This final payment date is also the deadline for any booking changes, such as adjusting guest numbers, adding extras, or making other modifications (subject to availability).

    We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, Klarna (shop now, pay later), and EFTPOS through our invoicing system.

    If you would like to set up a payment plan, we are happy to do so. This will need to be fully paid 4 weeks prior to the event date

  • You will not be disappointed in our region's beautiful locations. Take the hamper to the BLUE POOLS, BOBS COVE or a location of your choice.

    You have the full day to go exploring.

    Please be mindful that if the weather is not looking ideal for your trip you need to let us know within 3 days to postpone the hamper otherwise our beautiful catering team will have already organised and prepared your platter for the day and cannot be postponed.

  • We use a third-party catering company that is the best in the region. They cater for vegetarians, gluten-free and more. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies we might be able to cater for you.
