If you would like glasses, plates or cutlery, there is a small additional hire charge.

Full payment is required when booking through our online platform.

If you’d prefer to pay a deposit instead, simply email us and we can arrange this. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due four weeks prior to your picnic.

This final payment date is also the deadline for any booking changes, such as adjusting guest numbers, adding extras, or making other modifications (subject to availability).

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, Klarna (shop now, pay later), and EFTPOS through our invoicing system.

If you would like to set up a payment plan, we are happy to do so. This will need to be fully paid 4 weeks prior to the event date

Since our picnics are weather dependent, we recommend having an indoor backup location or a postponement date. We understand you might have your heart set on a specific spot, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. For larger groups (over 10 people), we suggest a park or your Airbnb. The vibe of the hen’s party matters too—if it's a boozy brunch, it might be best at your own place rather than out in the open.

In case of light rain, we have a few cabanas for a bit of shelter, but unfortunately, they can’t be used in windy conditions.

We cannot offer refunds due to wet weather, so having an indoor dry location or a postponement date will ensure your event goes ahead smoothly.

A week before your picnic, we'll touch base and provide you with a weather report. From there, we'll plan to ensure you have the most beautiful occasion.

Timing is everything when it comes to picnic parties! Start your day with a morning brunch picnic, maybe add in a fun yoga session, or opt for an afternoon adventure to kick-start your evening activities. No matter the occasion, we'll work around the perfect time for your dream party.

We use a third-party catering company that is the best in the region. They cater for vegetarians, gluten-free and more. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies we might be able to cater for you.
