In order to ensure you get the balloon garland you are dreaming of, please contact us as soon as possible. As you will be aware there is a supply chain wait and we do not hold all varieties of colours. There is a lead time of at least 1-3 weeks currently.

Once we come up with a plan you will receive a quote from us with all the details. A 20% deposit is required upon securing the date and 14 days prior to the event full payment must be made. If you are to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded.

Our travel fees are based on our location to your location. You will be quoted. If you would like the collection to be the following day an extra travel fee may apply if we are not in the area that day
