If you have selected to have fresh flowers. They are hand picked to complement the picnic style that you’ve chosen. We work with local growers and the seasons.

Once we have confirmed our availability you will be sent an invoice to pay. We accept Klarna (shop now, pay later), bank transfers, credit cards and eftpos

Since our picnics are weather dependent, we recommend having an indoor backup location or a postponement date. We understand you might have your heart set on a specific spot, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

We are huge on having a plan a and plan b. This will allow you to have the best experience possible.

In case of light rain, we have a few cabanas for a bit of shelter, but unfortunately, they can’t be used in windy conditions.

We cannot offer refunds due to wet weather, so having an indoor dry location or a postponement date will ensure your event goes ahead smoothly.

A week before your picnic, we'll touch base and provide you with a weather report. From there, we'll plan to ensure you have the most beautiful occasion.

Timing is everything. If you are adding a photographer, mornings or late afternoons are always best to capture the light. During the day the light is harsh, getting that golden light is always the best.

The sunsets early in Winter, around 5pm. For that golden light plan your picnic from 3pm.

If you have any requests or colours you would prefer do let us know, we will happily come up with a style together at a small extra cost. Otherwise, we have carefully curated 6 picnic designs for you to choose from.

We have partnered with local photographers who have been meticulously chosen to expertly capture the special moment of your proposal. These photographers are extensively trained in our unique proposal methods, ensuring that your magical moment is beautifully documented.

What is included:

• 1 hour photoshoot (including proposal)

We use a third-party catering company that is the best in the region. They cater for vegetarians, gluten-free and more. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies we might be able to cater for you.

We use public locations, therefore, our picnic areas are not owned by us, sometimes holiday goers or locals are already in one of our spots at the location. Never mind we have plenty of other spots within that area! This is why on the day we may need to send you the exact location if it is at one of our locations.

An hour before your picnic, we’ll be there setting up and fussing around to make sure everything is absolutely PERFECT.

We will be lurking around unnoticed, making sure you arrive safely. Part of our booking process you will be asked to upload an image of you and your partner. This makes sure the photographer captures the correct couple and we know you have arrived. No one likes a third wheel, so we will congratulate you at the end of your picnic.

Get cozy, admire the beautiful surroundings, savour delicious treats, and enjoy this moment as a newly engaged couple.

When you're done, we'll return at the agreed time to pack everything up for you. It’s completely stress-free!
