QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

01 Location + Weather

 

A week prior to the picnic we will touch base with you or your elopement planner and give you a weather report for your special day. From there we will come up with a plan to ensure you have the utmost perfect day. Our outdoor locations are carefully selected for your picnic by you and the weather, picnics are no fun in the wind. You may have your heart set on a certain location and we do our absolute best to try to make that happen. We will send you an exact location on the day of the picnic and prior give you an idea of where it will be.

Our picnics are weather dependent and we do recommend having an indoor location or a postponement date. In the event of light rain, we have a few cabanas we can put up for a little bit of shelter. Our cabanas cannot be used when it is windy, sadly.

We cannot refund due to wet weather and by ensuring there is an indoor dry location or postponement date we can make sure your event goes ahead.

02 Timing + Styling

 

Timing is everything. If you are adding a photographer, mornings or late afternoons are always best to capture the light. During the day the light is harsh, getting that golden light is always the best.

If you have any requests or colours you would prefer do let us know, we will happily come up with a style together at an extra cost. Otherwise, we have carefully curated 6 picnic designs for you to choose from.

03 Platters

 

We use a third-party catering company that is the best in the region. They cater for vegetarians, gluten-free and more. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies we might be able to cater for you.

04 On The Day!

 

We use public locations, therefore, our picnic areas are not owned by us, sometimes holiday goers or locals are already in one of our locations. Never mind we have plenty of locations within that area! This is why on the day we will send you the exact location.

An hour before you arrive, we will set up your picnic and fuss around to make sure it is PERFECT. When you arrive we will be waiting from afar to make sure you arrive at the correct location. No one likes a third wheel and a surprise killer, so we keep our distance and are happy to have a yarn at the end of your picnic.

Get cosy and admire your surroundings, take the time to breathe, eat delicious morsels and spend time with your special ones. Once you are done we will return at the agreed time and pack the picnic down for you. Completely stress-free.
